This Standard sets out methods for the determination of the breaking force and extension at break of textile fabrics. The Standard describes-Method A-Ravelled strip method;Method B-Grab method; andMethod C-Cut strip method.The methods provide for the determination of the breaking force and extension at break of specimens in equilibrium with the standard atmosphere for testing and of specimens in the wet state.
