ATS 5038-2006

This Technical Specification documents a model for the use of electronic messaging in support of Evaluated Receipts Settlement (ERS) in the health industry supply chain. This document suggests an ERS model that is appropriate for the health industry and describes the dataset content for two new messages that this model requires. These messages, which have not previously been described in AS 5023, are the Recipient Created Tax Invoice and the ASN Discrepancy Memo.

This transaction is both an invoice and a tax invoice within the meaning of the GST Act.(b) ASN Discrepancy MemoA transaction sent from a buyer to a supplier identifying a discrepancy between the quantity and identity of goods received in a shipment and the quantity and identity of goods described in the associated Despatch Advice transaction.
