The instrument is intended to be used for quality control purposes by persons who may not be technically conversant with the theory and the practical limitations of the instrument.NOTES:1 Throughout the specification the sugar polarimeter is referred to as the 'instrument'.2 Appendix A provides information to be taken into account when preparing service agreements.
