A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Outlines the measurement of radioactive barium contained in water in concentrations above 10 to the minus 7 Ci/L. Limited to barium radioisotopes of masses 139 and 140 which have half-lives longer than 1 h are fission products.
