    1.1This test method covers the analysis of total fluorine in coal and coke.

    1.2This analysis was successfully tested on coals containing 37 % ash or less (see AS 1038.10.4 and Conrad2).

    1.3The values stated in SI units shall be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.

    1.4This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety and health practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use.
