Properties of three fabrics, making-up requirements and rot-proofing processes.

This British Standard specifies fabric and making-up requirements for 36 cm × 84 cm hessian sandbags. The bags may be supplied unproofed or rot-proofed, at the option of the purchaser. A choice of rot-proofing processes to be used at the discretion of the purchaser is also given.
