Excludes forced convection ovens for industrial purposes, continuous process forced convection ovens for the mass production of food, microwave ovens and appliances in locations where special conditions prevail. Includes protection against electric shock, starting of motor-operated appliances, operation under overload conditions of appliances with heating elements, radio and television interference suppression, moisture resistance, insulation resistance and electric strength, overload protection, stability and mechanical hazards, construction, components, terminals for external conductors, provision for earthing, screws, connections, resistance to heat, fire, tracking and rusting, and some hazards.
