This British Standard provides guidance to organizations on meeting the relevant requirements of BSISO45001. It does not add to, subtract from, or in any way modify the requirements of BSISO45001, nor does it prescribe mandatory approaches to implementation. The British Standard is suitable for use by any organization regardless of type, size or maturity. NOTE An organization can choose to address well-being within its OH management system, however, BSISO45001 does not provide explicit requirements for well-being.
