Abstract - (Show below) - (Hide below)

Describes requirements for the materials, design construction testing and marking containers for the conveyance and storing of permanent, liquefiable and dissolved gases under pressure. It applies to steel containers of water capacity from 0.5 to 450 L having longitudinal and/or circumferential main seams, made up mechanized arc welding. It includes appendices giving examples of design calculations, a description of methods for pressure testing and a model form of test certificate.
