    Presents methods for determining fat content in milks and milk products by the Gerber method. The following types of milk and milk products are covered : Milk: raw, pasteurized, homogenized, sterilized and UHT; Separated milk: partly skimmed, skimmed, buttermilk and whey; Cream: dried milk powder, whole; Reconstituted dried milk powder: whole, partly skimmed and skimmed and cheese.
