Bibliography

Describes a method of fire testing to determine the fire resistance of closure and conveyor system assemblies designed for installation within openings of separating elements, including any sealing necessary between the closure for a conveyor system and any penetrating components like conveyor tracks, electrical cables and pneumatic pipes being essential parts of the closure and conveyor system assembly together with the penetration seal.

This part of EN 1634 specifies a method for determining the fire resistance of conveyor systems shutter (CSS) assemblies designed for installation within openings incorporated in vertical and/or horizontal separating elements, including the necessary sealing measures, if the conveyor systems shutters (CSS) are penetrated by parts of the conveyor tracks, by electrical cables or by pneumatic pipes.
