A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Applies to testing of the bond between the binder and the mineral substance under the action of water. The test method is applicable to mixes containing chippings or gravel as the mineral substance and a binder of bitumen or tar base; it is not applicable to road bitumen with a needle penetration of less than 160 tenths of a millimetre in accordance with DIN 52 010 *).
