Sets out the safety requirements that are applicable to shank-mounted, bore-mounted or integral spindle milling tools and circular saw blades for woodworking machinery. Sets out means for determining the maximum rotational speed for a given eccentricity at the clamp and for a given material strength. Does not apply to boring bits, eccentric single router cutters and cutters with a cutting circle of less than 16 mm.
