Defines the signalling protocol for supporting the clock synchronization (SYNC-SIG) between Private Integrated Services Network Exchanges (PINXs) connected together in a Private Integrated Services Network (PISN). This service supports the synchronizing of a PISN by means of different sources of clocks available to each PINX.
