Establishes the continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) relative accuracy test audit (RATA) data that must be exchanged between source testers and owners/operators for electronic reporting to the EPA to comply with 40 CFR 75 regulations. Electronic data exchange can allow for the transfer of RATA data between source tester and CEMS's data acquisition and handling system (DAHS).
