Gives guidelines which apply to boilers with a heat input rating of 12,500,000 Btu/hr (3663 kW) or greater and to boilers that use a stoker to fire the following fuels: a) Wood b) Coal, as defined in Chapter 3 c) Municipal solid waste (MSW) as defined in Chapter 3 d) Refuse-derived fuel (RDF) as defined in Chapter 3 e) Other solid fuels.
