Le présent document décrit la méthodologie pour identifier et quantifier simultanément les trichothécènes B (déoxynivalenol, 3-acétyldéoxynivalenol, 15-acétyldéoxynivalenol, nivalénol, mycotoxines produites par les moisissures de fusarium). Il s'applique au blé et au maïs artificiellement ou naturellement contaminés, à des teneurs allant de 120 pico g/kg à 4000 pico g/kg.
