Diese ÖNORM legt Anforderungen an die Konstruktion und Herstellung von Maschinen fest, die zum Füllen, Portionieren und Abdrehen von Fleischwaren und anderen Lebensmitteln verwendet werden. An die Füllmaschinen werden Vorsatzmaschinen zum Füllen, Portionieren, Abdrehen, Aufhängen und Formen angekoppelt. Mechanische und elektrische Gefährdungen, Gefährdungen durch Instabilität und durch Lärm sowie durch Vernachlässigung ergonomischer Grundsätze und Hygieneanforderungen werden in dieser ÖNORM behandelt. Eigene Abschnitte beschäftigen sich mit der Gestaltung der Betriebsanleitung und der Schulung des Bedieners.
