                      characterization of X-ray tube types

Defines a procedure for measuring focal spot dimensions higher than 0,2 mm of X-ray systems up to 500 kV tube voltage by way of the pinhole camera radiographic procedure. Voltage used for the measurement is limited to 200 kV. Resolution and image quality are dependent on the features of the focal spot, especially the size and two dimensional intensity distribution.
