  • SAI Global have implemented new processes as a response to the Coronavirus situation.

    • The spread of the Coronavirus continues to unfold rapidly around the globe and it is being closely monitored by SAI Global's leadership team.  

      We believe we have an opportunity and a responsibility as good corporate citizens to take proactive steps to reduce the impact of the epidemic and #FlattenTheCurve. We believe that SAI Global has an important role to play in efforts to help curb the impacts on health care systems in all the regions we operate. 

      As a result, commencing Monday March 16, SAI Global has recommended that employees who are able to remotely, are to do so.  Our office locations are all remaining open and employees can still work from the office if needed, as long as they and their households are well.   

      We have also implemented a company wide restriction on travel and have asked employees to move all face to face meetings to web conferences for the next month. 

      As we have established these new processes throughout this time, our aim is to make sure everyone should encounter minimal impacts as a result. Other changes include: 

      • Our account management team are all set up to work remotely and have the tools and access they need to continue to be able to support businesses. 

      • Any face to face meetings will be rescheduled or moved to web conferences. 

      • Our customer service team will be working remotely and you may find that call response times are a little slower as the networks they will operate on may be slower. However, we will continue to answer enquiries to our high standards.

      We are committed to the health and safety of both our clients and employees, and we are also mindful of playing our part to support government efforts around the world to contain the spread of the virus. We appreciate that this may cause some disruption for you and we have processes in place to minimise the impacts as much as possible.
