This Standard specifies requirements for metallic taps, plastic taps, handsprays, mixing taps mechanical (non-thermostatic), tap sets and jumper valves in a range of nominal sizes from DN 6 to DN 50 inclusive, with continuous working pressures not exceeding 1.4 MPa and continuous operating temperatures not exceeding 80C.This Standard covers the minimum requirements for health and safety and the protection of the environment.
