CONTAINED IN VOL. 03.05, 2014 Defines the determination of oxygen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.01% to 0.5% and the determination of nitrogen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.003% to 0.11%.

1.1This test method covers the determination of oxygen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.01 % to 0.5 % and the determination of nitrogen in titanium and titanium alloys in mass fractions from 0.003 % to 0.11 %.
