1.1This test method covers a procedure for measuring the corrosion to steel induced by sprayed fire-resistive material.

1.2These SFRMs include sprayed fibrous and cementitious materials applied directly in contact with the structural members.

1.3This test method is applicable only to laboratory procedures.

1.4The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard.
