Defines requirements for unused and reclaimed oxidation inhibited and uninhibited mineral insulating oils, as delivered, to be used in transformers, switchgear and similar electrical equipment where oil is needed as an insulant or for heat transfer. Oils are obtained by distilling and refinement of petroleum. Includes oils with and without additives.
