Establishes procedures for determining the tensile properties of film or of thin sheet less than 1mm thick. The three methods differ only in the rate of separation of the grips and refer to 5mm/min, 50mm/min and 500mm/min. May not be suitable for determining the tensile properties of reinforced films or cellular sheet or films.
