1. Measuring device for dust and sand test

Specifies generators for aircraft d.c. power supply. The design aim is to achieve 3,000 (aircraft) hours operation before maintenance is necessary. Includes salt corrosion test, dust and sand test and fluid contamination test. Illustrates measuring device for dust and sand test.

This British Standard applies to generators for aircraft d.c. power supply. It is intended to be read in conjunction with the relevant parts of BS 2G 100 or BS 3G 100, and BS G 102.
