Requirements for the construction, dimensions, testing and marking of corrugated rubber tubes, 17mm internal diameter, used to deliver oxygen and air at pressures up to 35 kPa to the oxygen breathing mask.

This British Standard specifies the requirements for the construction, dimensions, testing and marking of corrugated rubber tubes of 17 mm internal diameter, used to deliver oxygen and air at pressures up to 35 kPa to the oxygen-breathing mask.

NOTE 1. It does not specify the length or mass of the hose, which will depend on the purchaser’s individual requirements, and which should be stated in the contract or order.

NOTE 2. The latest revision of an Aerospace Series Standard is indicated by a prefix number. The latest edition of the standard should be used.

NOTE 3. The titles of the publications referred to in this standard are listed on the inside back page.
