    Gives a method for determining apparent density of a metallic powder using the oscillating funnel apparatus, applicable to metallic powders that will not flow freely through a 5 mm diameter orifice, does not apply to powders having particles that may disintegrate during vibration, e.g. agglomerated, fibrous or acidular particles, includes section on principle.
