    Deals with condensers and graduated receivers for ascertainment of water content by the Dean & Stark distillation technique with an immiscible liquid. Covers 5 sizes of ordinary receiver for light liquids (eg. petroleum spirit or toluole), 2 sizes of an altered receiver for heavier liquids (eg. trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene). Some sizes are given with stopcocks and alternative connections (ground glass joints or corks) to the distillation vessel; the condenser connection is standardized as a B 19 joint.
