Nominal dimensions and tolerances affecting interchangeability between gearbox flanges and mating parts.

This International Standard specifies the nominal dimensions and tolerances which affect the interchangeability between gearbox flanges and mating parts used on commercial vehicles and buses. The flanges covered by this International Standard are designated type A. They are not interchangeable with type S flanges dealt with in ISO 7647.

Dimensions not specified are left to the discretion of the component manufacturer.
