Annex A (normative) Cone angle tolerances AT3 and AT4

Defines the dimensions, materials and manufacturing needs and designating of collets for tools having cylindrical shanks with their corresponding holders and nuts. Holders can be agreed on between customer and supplier for non-standardized devices, e.g. clamping devices defined in drawings.
