This standard defines the Specification and Manufacture of Weldable Precipitation Hardening Martensitic Stainless Steels and forgings in the form of cold-worked sheet and strip in addition to hot-worked bars, billets and plates.

DevelopmentNote	Supersedes DEFSTAN 95-16/3(2006). (05/2008) This standard is obsolescent because it is no longer required for the procurement of new equipment but is retained for maintenance purposes in support of existing in-service equipment. (07/2013)
