Applies to arc welding and allied process equipment to be used in industrial and domestic establishments, including welding power sources, wire feeders and ancillary equipment, for instance water coolers and arc striking and stabilizing devices. (frequency range 0Hz to 400 GHz) Does not apply to arc welding torches, guns, electrode holders, cables and coupling devices.
