Gives design loads for lighting post top columns of less than or equal to 20m nominal height and to columns with brackets less than or equal to 18m nominal height. Does not take into account effects of shedding or vortices (Karman turbulence). Excludes special structural designs to permit the attachment of signs, overhead wires, etc.
