Details requirements for design, installation, operation, maintenance and personnel safety around pulverised fuel systems. Also includes contributing to operating safety and minimizing the probability of pulverized fuel system explosions and the effects of explosions that occur. This standard covers only those fuels having reactivities greater than that of Pennsylvania anthracite with a volatile content of 8 percent on a dry basis.
