Comparison Between This FOTP and IEC or CCITT Requirements

Defines the time domain method for measuring the information transmission capacity of EIA-492000-A Class I (glass core, glass clad) optical fibers. Various methods of reporting the results are described in the appendices, but the results shall be expressed in terms of the-3 dB (optical power) frequency unless otherwise specified by the Detail Specification.
