This reference practice describes the execution of emergency response and emergency management activities for: - transport networks, - distribution networks, - connections, - user substations, a District Heating (TLR) and / or District Cooling (TLF) infrastructure, as defined in this document in accordance with current national legislation, in order to guarantee the safety of the service.
