This follow-up to API 4555 describes a nested case-control study that investigates further exposure histories of diseased individuals from an 18,000 member cohort of workers in petroleum marketing and distribution. Land-based terminal and marine jobs are re-examined. A more detailed job classification system is developed and cases identified using death certificates obtained from the cohort study.
