This specification applies to lead-acid stationary batteries of the enclosed type fitted with positive plates of the pure lead, lamelle type, from which the active material has been formed by the PlantT process, and with negative plates of the pasted antimonial lead grid type.NOTE: When ordering or enquiring about batteries to this specification, the purchaser should provide the supplier with certain information. Recommendations in this regard are given in Appendix B.
