Applies to automatically and manually controlled sterilizers for use in hospitals or laboratories for dressings, instruments and utensils and other purposes. Combinations of materials are provided for and details are given of the design, production, inspection and testing of the sterilizers. Appendices give guidance on information which should be obtained prior to ordering and state warnings to operators on the hazards of using a sterilizer for bottled fluids.
