English
01-01-1990
Describes a measure of the ability of the oil to separate from a emulsion. It is usually applied to turbine oils, but may be used for other lubricating oils. The test is commonly applied to used turbine oils but since it is sensitive to ageing and contamination of the oil, precision will be lower than that stated.
