This Published Document gives guidance on the specification of prescribed and designed: a) factory made masonry mortar conforming to BS EN 998-2 and b) site made masonry mortar. It is intended to be used in conjunction with the code of practice for masonry, BS 5628 and the specification for masonry mortar, BS EN 998-2.
