Gives the design and dimensions of taper stud tees (stud branch) with type W port as in DIN 3861, for use in compression coupling assemblies. In combination with fittings as in DIN EN IS0 8434-1, series L and S fittings as specified here are interchangeable with DIN 3943 male stud tees.
