Proposes recommended cleaning and sanitizing procedures for use in milking premises. Procedures are given for cleaning and sanitizing items of dairy farm equipment, principally miling machines and refrigerated farm milk tanks. Guidelines on verification and validation of cleaning programs are covered under a separate Appendix. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
