Proposes safe storage and handling requirements for liquefied chlorine gas, in cylinders, drums and bulk. Outlines requirements for indoor and outdoor installations, vapourisers and other equipment and provides operational and emergency quidelines. The physical and chemical properties of chlorine, and physiological effects of exposure, are discussed in appendices. Proposed as a Joint Australian/ New Zealand Standard.
