It provides an understanding of how the principles of IMS are addressed in the UK an understanding that can be readily applied here in Australia. This Part (5) provides an insight how an Excellence model such as the Australian Business Excellence Framework (GB 002) can complement an IMS to improve performance and achieve competitive advantage. The Excellence model provides a holistic, coherent approach to both compliance and improvement.
