Describes generic requirements for applications of Automatic Recall (AR) for residential and small business (non-Centrex) customers. AR is a CLASS feature that allows a customer to automatically return a call to the last incoming call. It provides switching and signalling system procedures to support this feature. Does not address the applications of this feature to intra-Centrex calls.
