HB 9 1994, Provides general principles on personal protection in the workplace and guidance for identifying and dealing with hazards encountered in the workplace, including establishing a personal protective equipment (PPE) program. Deals with prevention of injury to the whole body or various parts of the body, specifically addressing prevention of risks to the head, eyes, hearing, limbs, and respiratory system.
