Covers basic provision for HEPA and ULPA filter units as a basis for agreement between buyers and sellers. Filters that meet this RP are suitable for use in clean air devices and cleanrooms that come within the scope of FED STD 209 and for use in supply air and contaminated exhaust systems for which extremely high filter efficiency (99.97% or higher) for submicrometer particles is required.
