A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Defines a classification of dust separators, gives their operating principles and defines their characteristics. Examples are given of each class of dust separator, but this list is not exhaustive. Symbols are given for each class of dust separator and these shall be used as the basis for symbols for more complex types of separator.
